adds pop up with the needed SPs to next skill cap
an ancient but useful script for the game Goaline Blitz.
if you go tot the skills page and hover over the box containing the value of a skill a pop-up appears showing the required SPs to take it to the next cap.
work by bogleg around 2012?? or so, updated it to:
point to the https version of the new site
declared a variable to prevent leaks
changed the require version of jquery to a Much newer version, choosing the slim & minified one to reduce bloat.
