Give a prominent warning, when you enter travel page, and an OC is ready (or almost ready)

For many factions, people travelling when their OC is ready, or almost ready, is a serious issue. Often, this causes unpleasant discussions between faction members.
In some cases, players do it accidentally: they click quickly on the usual sequence of buttons, and one second later they notice the red sign.
Experience in software development shows that such warnings in software don't work; having to click a different number of times and in a different place does.
With this script, as long as the red sign would appear, players also have to keep on an alert, located in a different position on the screen, with the same text.
Advantages:
1) Factions would get advantage of more completed OC
2) Players who don't care about OC would not have an excuse
3) Players would not accidentally miss the OC, feeling guilty and/or getting in trouble with faction management
4) Most important: a source of drama in the factions would disappear, making the game more enjoyable for everyone
