Version 0.2:
Now banner ads are also automatically closed.

Version 0.3:
fixed ad skipping not working after yt update

Version 0.4:
fixed ads being skipped too soon because yt recognizes that as ad blocking now :(

Version 0.5:
now reloading the window when the ad block detected screen is shown

Version 0.6:
added redirect to current timestamp when the ad block detected screen is shown

Version 0.7:
fixed skip button not being found anymore

Version 0.8:
fixed second and onwards skip ad buttons not being found
