It shows "Search English pages" as a label of the filtering option on first time, but it will be rewritten by your locale language after second time.
You can edit LANGUAGES in its code to add another language anything you like. If you edited, you should search GoogleSearchEnglishFilter_RESET on Google to apply your update.
