Adds a button to eRef to download all PDFs of an eBook and saves them to a separate folder inside your download folder. Then you can easily merge them into a DRM-free PDF-eBook with eg. PDFill PDF Tools (Free).

CAUTION
For this to work you NEED to do:
1. open the settings from the Tampermonkey Dashboard, set the "Config mode" to "Beginner"
2. scroll down to Downloads and set Download Mode to "Browser API"
3. add ".pdf" in a newline to the "Whitelisted File Extensions" just below
thats it - enjoy :)

While downloading, keep the ebook tab open and wait for a "Done"-Notification.
