When playing a Facebook video, this script stores the current time (minus ten seconds) so that when the page is refreshed (be-it after reopening the browser or manual refresh) or after it gets reset due to bad internet connection, the video resumes from where it stopped.
Effectively it only applies to links like https://www.facebook.com/*/videos/*/ or https://www.facebook.com/watch/live/?v=*. But since facebook can move to a different link without loading the resources again, so the scope of the script has to be set to all facebook links. Also note that the current video time is stored every 2 seconds. So when testing it give it some time to store.
