Utility script for easily appending the shrug emoticon ¯\_(ツ)__/¯ with a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+/).

For Twitter, the cursor moves to the start of the tweet box after adding the shrug, so I move it to the end. Elsewhere, it should work on any textbox, text area, or divs that have editable content. Please let me know if it doesn't work on a specific site!
