auto resume when playback stops it asks to press 'yes' to continue play, now without delay after pause. Keep playing forever.

made the code even shorter
no longer resumes playback when paused (this interfered with system/browser controls), now it's a stay active approach. Script name changed to reflect that. Also bow enables background play on mobile.
cleaned up code a bit, added mobile browser support
no longer checks every second for the playing state, instantly starts playing when it gets paused, on/off button removed (i might return it at some point)
