Disables the automatic downscaling of Twitch streams while tabbed away

Fixes an issue with the script not working anymore. There are still cases where it doesn't work if you browse to a stream instead of going to the channel directly. However I'm not sure if this is fixable without fully rewriting the script and going way deeper into Twitch's code.
Add config option to only do simple logic
Fix black screen issue on new tabs on browsers which aren't Chrome as well
Fix blackscreen on Chrome when stream was opened in a new tab
Rewrite play / pause detection to make it more robust
Only start playing again if the video has not ended
Improve Chrome logic when switching tabs and store last play status
Reset quality settings when switching between pages. This is useful when switching from a Clip or VOD without "Source" to a livestream
