This script includes an auto submit after key press. Use it carefully and turn it off when not in use.

Instructions are hidden on page load to increase screen space. The can be viewed by clicking the top button labeled "Instructions".
Press A or 1 on the keypad to check NO and Submit.
Press S or 2 on the keypad to check No and Submit.
