This script expands the "Show locked HN" script by providing the same function for showing locked Restrictions. This enables the "View House Numbers" and also the "View Restrictions" buttons for segments which are locked or out of editing area.

This script is an expansion of a script by Vinkoy, and adapted for the US by Olestas. If either of these users return or express interest, all of my work may be surrendered.
