  • Defaults all radio buttons to "no"
  • Calculates the math answer for you
  • Adds keyboard listeners for
    • Enter: submit

MixerBox

  • Defaults selection to "Other"
  • Hides the instructions (can be toggled with the Show/Hide link)
  • Adds keyboard listeners for
    • Numrow 1 or Numpad 1: select "inappropriate"
    • Numrow 2 or Numpad 2: select "human faces"
    • Numrow 3 or Numpad 3: select "other"
    • Enter: submit

BuzzFeed

  • Hides the instructions (can be toggled with the Show/Hide link)
  • Adds keyboard listeners for (notice how the numpad keys align to the display grid)
    • Numrow 1 or Numpad 4: select top left image
    • Numrow 2 or Numpad 5: select top middle image
    • Numrow 3 or Numpad 6: select top right image
