Select segments, press button on the toolbar, press Ctrl+C then Enter.
Go to your Closures sheet, press Ctrl+V, fill the dates and times and you are ready.
If you click on the toolbar button with Ctrl (Cmd on Macintosh) then city names will be omitted. You can use this format for your Event sheet.
