Wipe out annoying people on MR blog

Wipe out people on MR. This is not endorsed or supported by MR.
Don't be a dick about using it.
To use:
Click on "killfile" next to someone's name to make their comments, and any direct children of their comments, disappear forever more from the blog for you.
At the bottom-right, you can see a list of current killed users. Click there to unkill them.
Click on "Shoo!" to hide the side bar persistently. Click "Show" to return it. The black line remains for the moment.
