Remove URL redirections added by some social networks. Use HTTPS for other shorteners. Improve privacy.

WARNING:
Redirection are NOT removed from Facebook's main website (www.facebook.com), but only from Facebook's mobile website (m.facebook.com).
I have done this so users would not get a false sense privacy when using Facebook's main website.
Facebook's main website use multiple tracking techniques, so removing URL redirections alone would not provide meaningful privacy improvement.
If you care about privacy, use Facebook's Mobile website with JavaScript disabled, or even better, do not use Facebook.
