Redirection are only removed from Facebook's mobile website (m.facebook.com). They are NOT removed from Facebook's main website (www.facebook.com). This is so users would not get a false sense of privacy when using Facebook's main website. Facebook's main website use multiple tracking techniques, so removing URL redirections alone would not provide a meaningful privacy improvement. If you care about privacy, use Facebook's Mobile website with JavaScript disabled, or even better, do not use Facebook.
