SkyGo Persistent Fullscreen Player

Adds a button to SkyGo to enable permanent Fullscreen mode. Works for any resolution and adapts player size on brwoser resize. Press as shortcut [ESC] to enter/leave fullscreen mode. Works fine with multi display setups.
