Comments out the permanent red badge notification alert icon across all Neopets pages
I hate the phantom red badge that never goes away from Alerts. This is a quick and simple generated code that comments out the rendering of the red badge icon over the Bell Alert in the menu navigation bar that persists on all new-style Neopets webpages. If you have a real alert, it's not going to show it so you'll need to check your alerts manually on new pages. This is purely to stop the icon from ever appearing - no matter what.
