added a basic loading progress and error indicator
increased max display time to 7-days
display a last updated time (works with 'WaniKani Real Times')
added a reload button to force data refresh
vocabulary request splitting for higher levels (anti-timeout)
multiple WK account with same browser support
invalid API key detection (i.e.: you hit 'regenerate')
bugfix: prevent always reloading data when no current reviews
