GabiBot using Lichess cloud-eval for the single best move (turn-aware). For study use only; avoid using in rated cheating contexts.
GabiBot Functionality (Compared to Lichess Analysis #1):
Best Move Selection:
The bot queries the Lichess cloud-eval API and selects the top move from the principal variation, which is exactly what Lichess Analysis would display as its “move #1” suggestion.
Evaluation Score:
Displays the evaluation in centipawns or mate distance, matching Lichess’ evaluation style for the top move.
Move Visualization:
Draws a green arrow on the board from the source square to the destination square, effectively mimicking the visual hints provided by Lichess.
Turn Awareness:
Only acts when it’s the bot’s turn (White or Black), just like the Analysis engine evaluates only the player to move.
Automatic or Manual Execution:
Can either just show the move (like Lichess analysis hints) or actually play it automatically (if Auto Move is enabled).
Depth / Accuracy:
Accuracy depends on the Lichess cloud-eval API. The bot always chooses the move Lichess would consider #1, making it equivalent to the “best move” in Lichess Analysis.
