Prevents the neggfield from repositioning between moves due to random events and game messages by placing it below the banner.
When playing Neggsweeper, random events and game messages will appear above the the playing field. These messages take up variable amounts of space, and so the playing area will frequently shift up or down. As such, it's easy to click the wrong negg if you're playing quickly. This script simply moves elements of the page around so that random events and game messages appear below the playing area, preventing potential misclicks.
Do note that it is easier to overlook and click past random events this way. On smaller screens or windows, random events may not be visible unless you scroll down.
