Add GUI to set cookies in Cookie Clicker

This Tampermonkey userscript injects a small floating GUI into the target website (example: Cookie Clicker). The GUI contains a numeric input and a button. Enter a number and click Set Cookies to set the in-game cookie counter (or any other numeric variable you configure) to that value when the game is loaded.
