Reworking the script to work with document-start instead of document-end in hopes of capturing over WebGL buffer better

Another attempt at making Windows work, maybe this is it

A note on single-spread mode support and updating the version in the interface

Adding two new formats: JPEG and JXL, sliders for quality, custom resolutions when native is not available, (hopefully) fixes for Firefox and Windows and debug methods

Minor tweaks

Adding the ability to save as either 100% PNG (full quality) or 96% WebP (definitely good enough, way smaller file size)

Updated the interface, duplicate detection, native resolution, WebP 0.96 quality, etc.

Support for LTR content in addition to RTL

Removing the faulty logic to attempt to make the script single-paged, this will have to be set manually right now
also, reducing the amount of retries and pages checked back because annoyingly enough, I found a sampler that displays the same page every 6-8 pages and it was messing with the duplicate detection

Sped up the scraping before rate limiting is introduced, and making sure that we're always in a single page mode before starting to scrape. Also increasing the quality of downsampling on devices that have a DPI multiplier enabled (2x in my case)
