TorrentBD Shoutbox Notifier

Get instant desktop and sound notifications in the TorrentBD shoutbox when someone mentions your username or any of your specified keywords. Never miss a message meant for you again!

This script adds a settings icon next to the shoutbox title, allowing you to fully customize your notification experience.

Features:

  • Automatic Username Detection: The script intelligently finds and automatically monitors for mentions of your TorrentBD username.
  • Custom Keyword Alerts: Add a list of other words to get notifications for topics you care about.
  • Visual Highlighting: Messages containing your username or keywords are instantly highlighted with a custom color and a border, making them easy to spot in a busy chat.
  • Sound Notifications: An alert sound plays to alert you, even if the TorrentBD tab is not active.

Settings Panel:

  • Easily add or remove keywords.
  • Choose your preferred highlight color using a simple color picker.
  • Adjust the notification sound volume with a convenient slider, with the option to mute it completely.
