Overlays tiles on wplace.live. Can also resize, and color-match your overlay to wplace's palette. Make sure to comply with the site's Terms of Service, and rules! Usage:
Once you have the GUI up on wplace, paste in the direct PNG link (should have .png at the end) and name your overlay. you can then toggle the "place overlay" option in the top right, click on the pixel at the top left of where you want the image, wait a few seconds, and it should appear. you can then toggle it again to stop moving it around.
