Highlight SIMs based on labels and OFD, excluding specific service types (including ORDT Service Type Request) from OFD colouring, but still using label colours where applicable.
The following script works on the Amazon SIM queue.
1. When a "notice" label has been added on the SIM (manually or from the “Proposal Revision” step), the background colour of the SIM (on the queue) turns light yellow.
2. When you move the SIM to “Pending Approval”, AutoSIM adds the “Proposed” label which colours the background light green (on the queue).
3. If a SIM requires rework, once moved to step “Proposal Revision” AutoSIM will add the “Notice” label. A SIM that contains both labels (“proposed” and “notice”) gets dual coloured green and yellow, meaning that it requires Specialist's attention.
4. Then the script is adding a border with specific colour coding as per urgency. Closer OFD dates have higher urgency (red border), longer OFD dates (green border). Specific types of changes are excluded as they are part of optimization and not network planning ('ORDT Service Type Request', 'Compatibility Area', 'Investigation', 'Hard Constraints', 'Investigation Required’).
Examples:
OFD is more than 4 weeks a way adds a green border on the SIM,
OFD is more 3 weeks away adds an orange border on the SIM,
OFD is less than 3 weeks adds a light red border on the SIM
and if OFD is equal 3 or less days away it adds a strong red border.
