Quest complete modal and some more premium scroll boxes fixed for custom themes

* Custom themes now work with the artifact board

Custom themes now supports:
* New premium/donor tab and all its windows.
* New npc combat stats table.

Fixed hyperlink colours for custom themes

* Adds custom theme colours for the new premium button in the top bar
* Makes sure the new top bar is visible in portrait mode
* Using the new xp table from FlatMMOPlus instead of our own hardcoded one
