Expedia Review Helper is a powerful UserScript that integrates directly into the Expedia Partner Central dashboard. It uses AI to help hotel managers and staff create polite, appreciative, and well-written responses to guest reviews, saving you time and helping you maintain a professional online presence.

How to Use

  1. Install the UserScript: Make sure you have a UserScript manager like Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey installed. Then, install this script from Greasy Fork.
  2. Get an OpenRouter API Key:
    • Sign up for a free account at OpenRouter.ai.
    • Navigate to your Keys page and create a new API key.
    • Copy the key.
  3. Configure the Settings:
    • Once you're on the Expedia Partner Central website, click the "Review Helper" button at the bottom-right of the screen.
    • Paste your OpenRouter API key into the "API Key" field.
    • Select your preferred AI model from the list.
    • (Optional) Customize the system instructions and enter your name and position.
    • Click "Save Settings".
  4. Generate a Reply:
    • Navigate to a guest review and click the "Respond" button to open the reply dialog.
    • A new "✨ Generate Reply" button will appear below the text area.
    • Click it! The script will automatically read the review, generate a response using your settings, and stream it into the text box.
    • Review the generated text, make any edits you like, and submit your response.
