This userscript customizes the number of videos displayed per row on YouTube's homepage, search results pages, and channel pages. It fixes layout issues to ensure consistent spacing and proper thumbnail sizing, providing a more visually appealing and efficient browsing experience.

Installation

  1. Install a userscript manager such as Tampermonkey (recommended) or Violentmonkey.
  2. Click the "Install this script" button on the Greasy Fork page.
  3. Tampermonkey/Violentmonkey will prompt you to install the script. Click "Install".
  4. The script will automatically run on YouTube pages.

Usage

  1. After installing the script, visit YouTube.
  2. The number of videos per row will be automatically adjusted to 5 (or your configured value).
  3. To change the number of videos per row:
    • Open the Tampermonkey/Violentmonkey dashboard.
    • Find the "YouTube Enhanced Layout" script.
    • Edit the script.
    • Change the value of the videosPerRow variable (located at the top of the script) to your desired number (e.g., 4, 6).
    • Save the script.
    • Refresh the YouTube page.
