I was so annoyed at how you couldn't recursively open inline quotes that I made a script and it got bigger and I tidied it up a bit so other people can use it.

added a few more settings

Features:

  • Inline quotes and backlinks now work. They work like normal. Jesus christ. Oh sorry, it's easter
  • Bottom backlinks supported too
  • Click the # to jump to the post as in 4chan
  • You can give nicknames to certain IDs to keep track of posters. Feels scummy...
  • You can now mark posts as (You) so you can make funny screenshots
  • These are accessed in the triangle menu thing next to the name
  • Option to add a hide post [-] thing like 4chan
  • Option to hide the checkbox in the top left of a post
  • Option for the quickreply form to close itself once you post
  • Option to move the reply button in the quickreply form so you only have to press tab + enter to send post for maximum shitposting efficiency
  • Option to have the threadwatcher not disappear when you reload the page (threadwatcher still shit)
  • Option to move the post count / ID count / file count this to the header like in 4chan
  • Option to add "w" as a shortcut key to add the current thread to the threadwatcher
  • Option to remove the crosses from the inline quotes. You can now press the number to close it, like in 4chan
  • These settings are in the "other" tab from the cogwheel menu
  • The IDs are bugged and in vanilla you have to double click to highlight, then they don't go away. This is fixed
  • Some miscellaneous CSS bugs fixed
