Fudge dice for RPG.SE Fate chat

This is a fudge dice script specifically for the Fate chat room on RPG.SE. It also has colour configuration - use it! It won't affect how others see your dice, but it does affect how you see all dice.

A forthcoming version should expand it to other rooms.
