Makes various improves to Russian language sections of en.wiktionary.org:
Most Cyrillic text in the Russian section of a page will appear in a serif font for improved legibility. If the Georgia font is available, it is used, falling back to serif.
Because Wiktionary makes indulgent and unnecessary use of transliterations which complicate and litter the page, this script attempts to completely remove most transliterations.
