Reorders certificates based on completion percentage and simplifies the interface
Re-ordering Temple of Reward Certificates in FarmRPG into something easier to read.
It reorders by completion % but puts completed crops at the bottom.
It also color codes the show crops that are almost complete (green when 75%+) and those not really started yet (grey when under 10%).
