PUP Survey Helper

A userscript to simplify faculty evaluation surveys at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP).

Features

  • Adds a floating button (📝 Set Eval) to the survey page.
  • Automatically fills in the survey ratings to achieve your desired average score (1–5).
  • User-friendly prompt to set a custom average score.
  • Validates inputs to ensure achievable ratings based on the number of questions.
  • Saves time and reduces manual effort for completing faculty evaluations.

Installation

  1. Install a userscript manager for your browser:

  2. Visit the script page on GreasyFork.

  3. Click the Install this script button.

  4. The script will be installed in your userscript manager.

How to Use

  1. Log in to your SIS account and navigate to the faculty evaluation survey page:
  2. The 📝 Set Eval button will appear at the bottom-right corner of the page.
  3. Click the button to open a prompt and enter your desired average score (e.g., 3.5).
  4. The script will automatically:
    • Calculate and validate the scores for each question.
    • Fill in the survey to match the target average.
  5. Review the ratings, make adjustments if needed, and submit your evaluation.

Notes

  • Script is written in pure JavaScript.
  • Ensure you are on the correct survey page for the script to work.
  • Designed for PUP's survey system; results may vary if the system structure changes.
