Added Support for Ghosted Bases and Properties
Added a Graph Option to chart generated funds with repair tax in mind.
The Main Calculator now tells you how many bases a country has on that day.

1HP Infantry now properly block a capture for 1 day. Captures on those properties are marked with T
Captures on Ghosted Properties are now marked with G.
The calculator now ignores countries that don't have a HQ or valid Lab Setup.
