Customizable race setup for Torn City

For a long time now I've been creating 'Mortynight Run' at 1400TCT (which is midnight local time).
I'd found a script that did most of the process for me, then the racing interface changed and the script became barely worth using.
So, I've created my own - and standardised it and commented it so others can use it to create their own custom race button.
Future versions will have more information for track and class customisation, but for now I'm just happy it works!
