• Add polling to check for playlists every 1 second when fetching user playlists

• Added modal UI for selecting target playlist

• Added functionality to be able to change the target playlist to save to.

• Fix the issue where the sidebar opens are adding/removing from watch later

• Handled case where the Save button is directly visible instead of in a sub-menu.
• Added variable for the Save button text with multiple common language translations.

Add media query for screen width < 1200px so that the WL button will wrap down and not overlap the subscribe button
