Changed no color alert and rate limit viewer - now they are part of the menu
Fill char input now ignores any other chars entered except the first one
Fill color input now defaults to #000000 instead of #FFFFFF when the script is run

Fixed a mistake in the fill settings where you couldn't set the "fill char" input to be empty.
