Minor quality of life script, for people that happen to often load a bunch of browser tabs with various exercises from muscleandstrength.com, and want a no-fuss way to see the proper form of their exercises.
For each exercise pages:

  1. The videos will loop indefinitely once they start playing.
  2. Pressing Space will start playing.
  3. Pressing F will bring them in full screen.

I use them by:

  • opening all exercises for a given workout day.
  • Ctrl-PgDn to move to the first exercise
  • Space and F to start playback in full screen.
  • when done with exercise, Ctrl-PgDn to move to the next exercise, and Space and F again to start playback again.
  • repeat until workout is complete, then mash Ctrl-W the appropriate number of time.
