Some code optimization performed by Nanocyberia

Made current url detection a little more versatile (should make it work with http/https better), thanks Nanocyberia for the fix
Adjusted regex to detect Eco-conservatism correctly (it wasn't expecting the hyphen before)

Fixed some bugs:
- Entries with a effect (like "±X" rather than usual "±X to ±X") are now supported. As they're no longer always highlighted white, removed mentions that you should keep "ignored" stats from being highlighted white. They'll still remain gray by default though.
- Code now should correctly differentiate between "Average Income", "Average Income of the Poor", and "Average Income of the Rich", no longer highlighting them the same.

Added additional formatting options based on maximization/optimization (off by default, uncomment to enable), plus some tweaks to make relevant code run only on relevant website rather than on both. Also added "external link" image near the link on NationStates.
