Displays the estimated birthdates of neopets and their petpets on their pet lookup in Grundo's Cafe. By default, it will only specify the base hour. Hover over the time estimate for the full time range instead (see below paragraph).
This script will increment the hour on the exact minute the neopet/petpet was created. This is why there is a leeway of being earlier by 59 - 0 mins. If you're not worried about that, just use the second time's hour measurement. For example, if a pet is given the range of Jul 26 2024, 12:59-13:58 NST, the base hour is estimated to be 13:00 or 1 PM NST.
