Disables villages with which you have a peace treaty in spy/bingo/attack menus.
The BvS Peace Treaty Helper script detects which villages your village has a peace treaty with, and disables them on the various War pages.
The villages to disable are taken from the village announcement. If there is a parenthesis-enclosed, comma-delimited list of names prefixed by "Pax List:" in the village announcement -- e.g., Pax List: (This, That, The Other) -- then those villages will be made unselectable on the Spy, Bingo, and Attack pages. In the absence of such a list, some crude but surprisingly effective heuristics are used.
