Add setting menu
How to use:
1 Goto Ranking page(eg.https://kakuyomu.jp/rankings/all/weekly)
2 Open UserscriptManager(eg.ViolenceMonkey) Menu by click monkey icon on toolbar
3 There should have 3 new menu item: SelectMode, RemoveList and Show_Type.
SelectMode: change webpage into select mode, click at any author/tag(within blue box) to add this author/tag to dislike list(click it again to remove it from list), refresh ranking page to see the changes.
RemoveList: prompt to remove selected whole ahthor/tag list, 4 will show all current stored items, refresh ranking page.
Show_Type: Change disliked novel's showing type Blur(default) or Hide, refresh ranking page.

Note: no menu or config button, all settings are inside script.
Do backup ur custom list or disable this script's auto update.
Can be used as a bookmarklet(remove all comment line and line warp) for Vivaldi for android.
