一般 Possibly spoke too soon. It seems to not work sometimes when opening a video in an existing tab, but seems to work consistently when opening a video in a new tab.

好评 Was using this feature in Enhancer for YouTube but for some reason it started pausing only after a few seconds. So I've installed this userscript and it works great!
