adds a button to save a connection to your calendar
This script is for https://fahrtauskunft.avv-augsburg.de/ and https://bahnland-bayern.de/
This userscript creates a save to my calendar button. AVV keep failing to provide this simple but extremely convenient feature.
Script tested with Tampermonkey only.
Update 2024-02-12: now also works when you select an arrival time, previously it only worked when you were looking for departures.
Update 2024-03-10: now also works on https://bahnland-bayern.de/ aka MoBY

Known bug: when your connections starts before and ends after midnight, hence spanning two calendar days, the calendar entry is probably wrong. As this is a rare case and a fix would take too much time, just be aware of this.
