Process:
1. Go to Tesla Sign UP - RO page - https://auth.tesla.com/ro_ro/oauth2/v1/authorize?redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.tesla.com%2Fteslaaccount%2Fowner-xp%2Fauth%2Fcallback&response_type=code&client_id=ownership&scope=offline_access+openid+ou_code+email+phone&audience=https%3A%2F%2Fownership.tesla.com%2F&locale=ro-RO
2. Press "Creati contul"
3. Type in Captcha code
4. Ctrl + x or Unfocus the textbox with captcha code to proceed with the account creation and voting
Errors and solutions:
1. Please confirm you’re a human, and if necessary, resubmit your request. - you need to delete cache data and start the process again from the beginning.
2. Status: "500" - you need to enter again on the supercharger voting page and select the romanian region / click on the link from step 1
