Bypass "Add to cookidoo" button geography restrictions
This script creates a new floating button on all thermomix community recipe sites that sends you to the preferred cookidoo service of choice. Currently, it is configured to send you to the US version of cookidoo, but you can change it at the top of the file if you'd like.
