Shortcut keys to answer URs with the F8 key and closes them with the F9 -- also, F8 can approve PURs and lock at L3.
When a UR window is open:
-- Pressing the F8 key adds a comment from URC-E, sends the comment, then clicks the next button.
-- If you don't want to use URC-E you can remove the // from line 111 and customize your own reply
-- F9 adds a comment about not receiving a reply from the Wazer, clicks send, changes the UR to Not Identified, then clicks the next button.
