Modifies Manage page to allow for collapsible ticket notes
Before installing, open any ticket and make sure you are set to view "All" rather than Discussion, Internal or Resolution
I created and tested the script using ViolentMonkey in Chrome, but it should still run in the browser of your choice. Tested briefly in Edge.
(Will not run in the Connectwise Manage app)

If you open a ticket in the same tab the script will not run automatically. You can either press CTRL-i to run it manually, open the ticket in a new tab/window or just press refresh
Keyboard shortcuts on Service Board pages:
CTRL-I: Sort by Age
CTRL-O: Sort by Status
Otherwise should be all self explanatory, click on the coloured button above any ticket note to open or collapse it
