Auto-Page Refresh

When a loading div displays for more than one second and has a "background: url" or when a certain text block is displayed, the website will refresh. This will refresh the page for you whenever it needs to, so if you notice something that should update but doesn't, just let me know.

I'm lazy and had enough of having to click when something had a stroke, so I “created” this. It has worked well so far, and it has made me want to cry with joy a few times, so I thought I'd upload it here.
